Mission
The client wanted a professional mascot capable of humanizing the company’s brand while reinforcing trust, technical expertise, and workplace safety values. The character needed to communicate a modern engineering identity suitable for corporate presentations, social media, uniforms, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
Challenge
We explored simplified industrial shapes, clean proportions, and safety equipment integration to create a mascot that felt both approachable and technically credible. Special attention was given to the reflective uniform details, helmet branding, harness equipment, and expressive facial screen to strengthen recognition and corporate identity. The challenge was balancing playful mascot appeal with the professionalism expected from an engineering company.
Goal
The final mascot successfully strengthened the company’s branding by creating a more engaging and recognizable visual identity. The character expanded the brand’s communication possibilities across digital campaigns, corporate media, internal training content, and promotional materials, helping Barros Engenharia establish a stronger emotional connection with clients and employees.
